So, like the tittle says, this is old school cooking.
So, when your cooking pasta of any kind. Sometimes its hard to tell when the noodles are done right? Well, here is how we do it, When you think the noodle is are done take one out of the pan, then throw it aginst the wall. If the noodle sticks then the noodles are done. This is proven to be the most effective way to tell.

Nah just one noodle isnt gonna kill the paint job, and besides if it dont stick it just means they need to cook longer
