Naruto

A Manga created by some guy named Kishimoto. The main character is some blonde guy with some kind of obsession with the other main character and orange jumpsuits.

The main plot was initially about him wanting recognition and becoming Hokage, however it took a more mature turn and it soon became about ending the cycle of hatred. Not much of a explanation, I'm aware, if you want more go search on wikipedia or something.

Top tier. With his abilities, he should be able to face anybody in the manga, with a decent chance of winning. Even his fight with Sasuke could have gone either way.
